Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or major releases, processing times may extend up to 5–7 business days.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Please note delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. If you have a specific timeframe or deadline, please send us an email before placing an order to get an ETA.

We offer flat rate shipping based on your shipping zone from our warehouse in Ohio:
Close to Ohio ~ $7.50
Far away from Ohio ~ $12.00
Large, oversized items will require an additional shipping charge calculated at checkout.
We currently offer free complimentary shipping on orders over $150.00!

Certainly, we know that things happen or people change their mind. We allow cancellations or exchanges as long as the order is not in the active process of being fulfilled.

Absolutely, save money by avoiding shipping charges! Select "Pickup" at checkout and we will reach out to you via email on a day and time that works best for you.
Our brick and mortar location, Merchants on Main, is located in Navarre, Ohio. The address is 2 Main St. N, Navarre, Ohio 44662. We are open Wednesday - Saturday, 10am to 6pm and Sunday, 10am to 4pm.

This is an optional add-on service, offered within the cart checkout, so you can shop with confidence, knowing your purchases are protected every step of the way.

Without package protection, we don't offer free returns or exchanges. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier and create a claim on your behalf.
We do not refund customers if a package is stolen. Packages marked as delivered are considered fulfilled, and stolen packages are not covered unless package protection was purchased for the order.

Once marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer unless package protection was purchased.
We recommend checking with neighbors and waiting 48 hours prior to contacting us.

We offer a 30-day return window after day of delivery as long as the eligible product(s) are in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear.

The following items are not eligible for returns unless VIP Package Protection is purchased:
- Clearance items
- Discounted items
- Promotional gifts
Please note, all food products from our Pantry Collection are final sale and are not returnable.

If you purchase VIP Package Protection, you are eligible for FREE returns and exchanges on eligible return items.
If package protection was not purchased at the time of checkout, the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping. A prepaid return label will be sent to you and the associated return shipping cost will be deducted from your overall refund.

Once your return is received, please allow 1-2 days for processing and an additional 2-3 days for the card processing system and your bank to post the refund into your account.

We are reasonable human beings and want to give you a positive experience. If for some reason you're not happy with how your order arrived or were expecting something different, please send us an email and we will do our best to make it right!
