What is your return policy?
Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy as long as the condition of the item(s) are in "like-new" condition with no visible signs of wear or use. All seasonal, sale, vintage, and special order items are considered final sale. Returns can be processed by emailing morgan@rustandcinder.com with your order number and the information about the item you are returning. Unless item(s) you received were damaged or defected, we ask that you pay return shipping costs. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
