SNICKERDOODLE COOKIE RECIPE
1 bag Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix
1 egg
¾ cup softened butter
In bowl, mix egg and butter together. Add contents of bag and mix thoroughly. Work into soft dough and chill 1 hour. Form dough into 1″ balls, toss balls in cinnamon sugar mixture. Place on greased baking sheet about 2″ apart. Bake at 350°F for 11-12 minutes, or until light brown. Yield: about 24 cookies.
SNICKERDOODLE COFFEE CAKE
1 bag Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup softened butter
1/2 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 325°F. In bowl, mix eggs, butter, and sour cream together. Combine contents of bag and mix thoroughly. Batter will be a thick consistency. Spread ½ of dough mixture into greased 9″x9″ pan. Sprinkle ½ of cinnamon sugar mixture on dough. Add remaining dough to loaf pan and top with remaining cinnamon sugar. Bake for approximately 36-40 minutes. Gently remove from oven. Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Yield: 8 – 10 servings.
